So it will be, what, 2 seconds into her trial when Cersei says “Trial be combat.” The FrankenMountain will get Cersei off quicker than the O.J. jury freed the Juice.

    • I dunno. Without getting into book spoilers/theories, there may need to be at least a few episodes to set up Strong’s opponent, and I don’t think they’d bring that person back to just get destroyed quickly.

Either the show will diverge from what it seems the books are setting up, or there’s going to be some crazy unpredictable shenanigans happen in both versions of that trial by combat.

I just don’t see who the Faith could dig up to face the Mountain (OK, I know the one person everyone is thinking, and I won’t say in case it’s a spoiler, but that ain’t happening). We also don’t know how strong Strong is. He could be immune to dragon fire for all we know. I’m surprised by how much I’m looking forward to the Cersei story.

No love for the Queen of Thorns? The whole reason why Cersei was imprisoned in the first place is because Littlefinger tipped off Olenna that Lancel has dirt on Cersei.
