    As for the question of why Ned didn’t claim Jon was the rightful heir to the Iron Throne: I don’t think Jon was in Ned’s mind. The Baratheon’s won the throne by conquest, ergo the Targararyen’s no longer had a claim. And I do think Ned would have told Jon the truth about his mother, once he was safely a sworn brother of the Night’s Watch.

    Re: spoilers vs no spoilers in the Rewatch Podcast… I vote spoilers all the way. 5-10 minutes of spoiler free isn’t going to do anything for the people who haven’t watched the series before, and will just be kind of annoying for the people who have watched it, which I feel like will be the majority.

      Agreed. If Josh ‘n Rob are going to do an episode by episode rewatch & review of a show that started airing in 2011, people that haven’t watched maybe shouldn’t listen to recap podcasts.
