Watch it, share it, love it: http://youtu.be/crHqgShbhbQ Jessica Frey I’m happy we saw emma and Elsa bonding but that was sure to come because both conceal don’t feel but what was shocking and great to see is David and Elsa have a similarity as we see in the flashback. Love how well Anna and Elsa relate to the once characters in so many ways. And just timeline wise, the flashback is about a couple years before all of Davis taking his brother James’ role as prince and snow stuff. I just love the backstory And the charming/hook/relationship storyline is so amazing awkward and funny but cute. Josh Dallas plays the protective father so well even if David and Emma are the practically the same age I hope you guys noticed that Anna’s necklace in storyline is broken I love how this episode Henry is playing the Anna role knocking on regina’s door as the Elsa role. Henry wants to build a snowman and Regina is okay Emma called David dad so casually!’ That is progress continuing I love it!! This family stuff is what is amazing about the show Jessica Frey The story of charming’s dad is so powerful!! It explains so much because we see why charming wants to be such a good father and it is painful because charming is always finding and losing his family. It gives so much about more reasons why charming as always cared about his family and fights so hard for them. Jessica Frey Actually there are more frozen Easter eggs 1. Yes when Elsa says the cold doesn’t bother her 2. Anna calling herself Joan is a nod to the song do you want to build a snowman “Hang in there Joan” 3. Henry and Regina was another nod to the do you want to build a snowman song 4 and of course “I love sandwiches” Guillaume Schmitt I share yours thoughts drunk driving cart’s accident, i also smile during this scene. Guillaume Schmitt I’m so glad that Elizabeth Mitchell joined the show but that might be weird if she runs into Tiny or Belle. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Neverland and Wizard of Oz but i feel like this season will be better than season 3. Rick Marshall In addition to the obvious Lost connections, there is also a bit of a connection to another Abrams series, Revolution, which featured both Elizabeth Mitchell and Giancarlo Esposito. Craig In the episode, did David say that he new Christoph because he sold ice in the town, or sold it in the tavern or something? I could swear I remember him saying something like that. The girl playing Anna is great. I’m a bit of sucker for adorable actress roles and she is certainly igniting a tv crush for me. I looked at her IMdB profile and this show is really her first big role of any kind. When you look at her among the unknown casting greats that this show has had like Robbie Kay with Peter Pan last year, it really shows you the ability of the casting for OAUT to find the best people for the roles, even if they have to go off the beaten track. Rick Marshall The Anna character reminded me a lot of Alice in Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. Although Anna is played by an American actress (Elizabeth Lail) and Alice was played by an Australian-British actress (Sophie Lowe), I thought the two characters were very similar. Erin Kerr Rooks Two things I noticed in this episode that you didn’t really go over. Did you notice the weird chemistry between Anna and David? I thought maybe it was going to be this weird “first love/crush” thing. But maybe Josh Dallas just has chemistry oozing out of him and he can’t contain it. Other thing, I think the tides really turned with Emma and Hook in this episode. She went to hug him immediately, and then held his hand. I think we’re going to see an actual first date coming soon. Thanks for the laughs. I did not put together the drunk driving cart accident thing. So funny. Rick Marshall Great to see Georgina Haig as Elsa. Many of us remember her fondly from her too brief appearances on Fringe as Olivia’s daughter. Lii Emma going straight to hook instead of her father was really positive for her as far as her walls breaking down, which was nice to see. David got plenty of love with her calling him dad left and right so I felt like the show balanced that out quite nicely. Also really appreciated hook pointing out that whatever happened between he and Emma would be choices made by both of them. Most shows either go completely machismo or lean too far in the other direction and get overly you go girl about it. This was concise and realistic.
