Team Charming actually does know Gold’s secret. Emma did tell them that Hook’s sacrifice was for nothing.

About the sleeping curse keeping from aging, I don’t think it’s the case. It doesn’t explain Phillip and Mulan not aging during the first curse. From what I understood, the curse has frozen time in the enchanted forest, hence nobody in that world aging in all those 28 years.
Also, Hook and Baelfire didn’t age because nobody ages in Neverland. Hook mentioned that already in season 2.

I also have a theory about Gold. What if his plan is to sacrifice his own soul to get Baelfire back? What if he became the dark one again to handle whatever is in the underworld? We know he’ll need it against Peter-Pan.
Emma and Regina coming with him would also be very helpful, since they did end up helping him back in Neverland. Plus he might be counting on them to provide a cover when Belle asks where he has gone.

Looking forward to seeing Cruella again. They did show her car in the preview.

Thanks for the clarifications! I definitely had a brain fart in forgetting about how you can never grow old in Neverland, considering that’s its basic gimmick.

Interesting theory on Gold. I mean I would like to believe it, since I’m such a Baelfire fan. But I feel like he’s unfortunately the one character that the creators want to stay dead to keep a meaningful loss in the canon of the show. Plus, the way Gold described the Underworld, I don’t think he’d want to go back there anytime soon, unless he happened to be blackmailed by Emma and the Heroes.

I’m totally pumped for Cruella as well! My Pan love probably overshadowed it on the podcast, but I love how insane she is and I really hope she has at least some impact on the main story come spring.

      Thanks as always for listening!

“It was a little ‘rabbit season-duck season’.” Best line ever. :)

Thank you Mike and Curt for these wonderful OUAT podcasts! I’m hoping Gold’s return to the dark side is a necessary evil to achieve a greater good. Enjoy your holidays!

I don’t think the show is going to be cancelled this season. When networks pick up shows they usually sign the main actors for 6 season contracts, after that point, the contracts have to be redone, and the actors usually want more money, or in some cases, a little piece of the profit from the show. I wouldn’t be surprised though if season 6 is the last one.

Great podcast for the first half season guys. Enjoy your couple weeks off before we begin the Galavant podcasts! GA-LA-VAAAAAAAANT!
