Wow guys, what a dark beginning to this podcast. The “Rob has a Podcast” brand needs to live on no matter what. Hopefully this will never happen or life would be sooo boring.

I’ve always really enjoyed this episode of Seinfeld. I guess it’s a sign of a great show that Akiva’s 147th is still so good

Do you mean cereal as in breakfast cereal, or Serial as in Serial the podcast? I can never tell which one. If it is for the cereal, then I give that one a definite thumbs up.

Also, for a “Best Second Banana” contest, shouldn’t coming in second be like coming in first? If not, then you are a first place second banana.

Amir watched 20 shows on Sunday’s alone! Wow, I thought my stat of watching 45 shows a week sounded big. I will also say, Last Man on Earth isn’t bad. Can’t give it a glowing review until it has a few more episodes under its belt.

Rob, the the future is here today! There is an iphone “key” for a house lock:

  • Tommaso D De Luca

you guys forgot about newsradio that was on nbc.

    • akiva wienerkur

      Wasn’t on Thursdays, though.

      • Tommaso D De Luca

        sorry my bad akiva.

  • Suzi!

How about Rob Had a Podcast

    • Lindsay Wilson

I was just about to post the same thing! I was only the better part of a year late!

      • Suzi!

I don’t remember what the question was now!

        • Lindsay Wilson

Not surprising haha. Rob was saying Nicole might kill him, and Akiva asked if Rob would want the podcast to continue, and if yes, should it still be called Rob Has a Podcast.

          • Suzi!

            lol I remember now.

One of Murphy Brown’s running jokes was that she had a new secretary every episode and they always had some problem that caused them to either get fired or quit. Brown’s line in this episode about Kramer doing well and that she expected great things from him was a jab at this running joke. In the TV show universe, Kramer had not gotten a full-time job acting on Murphy Brown – it was just a one-time appearance.

When answering an email Rob says that “Elaine’s big-nose roommate” was just her friend and not her roommate. I think in that episode Elaine said that she was staying with her.

Regarding Jerry knowing Babs’ phone number off by heart, Rob says he must have it on speed dial. But Jerry’s phone looks like a standard phone with just the 10 standard buttons and no speed dial buttons.
