Why didn’t you guys talk about the deleted scene where just before Rudy burned Frank’s shirts, a 14 year old Stephen Fishbach came into the store and bought a shirt that he would wear at a Survivor Tribal Council 21 years later?

  • Matthew Bok

While the actor who played Rudy did play ugly naked guy on Friends, it was uncredited and while his best known role is probably from Friends it is the role of Mr. Tregger.

To be clear, I didn’t fall because I was listening to the podcast. I fell because I was going through a park because if I went another way it would add 10-15 minutes to my commute. I have forgiven the ground since then, and we are on good terms now. As for the movie usher thing, I have to do stuff like stopping that and stopping people from talking on their phones, because if I don’t then I am just watching time go by for minimum wage, and that is soul crushing.

I know you guys have it set on a top 10 Seinfeld casts of the year as a season transition cast, but I would like to suggest another one I thought wasn’t too bad. I recently heard that Mike Bloom has caught up on all of the Seinfeld episodes up to what the podcast is on now (and possibly over). I think it would be really cool to have Mike on a podcast to discuss what it’s like to be a new Seinfeld fan in 2015. It would be interesting to hear a review of Seinfeld from a fresh eye perspective.

Were you wearing the very pants you were returning?

      • Craig

No, I ended up rolling to the side and ended up in a secret tunnel filled with underground tunnel dwellers. It’s pretty cliche and obvious.

        • Suzi!

          It’s just not interesting writing!

      Good idea about Mike Blooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom.

Rob and Akiva mentioned Kramer’s physical comedy with the hand lotion and the doorknob but I also liked when George went to leave and his hand slipped off the doorknob.

After George saw the Seinfelds out with Elaine and Aaron, I liked when he entered Jerry’s apartment and said “Aha!” but didn’t see Jerry at first so turned around and kept saying it until he spotted Jerry.

Rob says that Kramer “pops in” to see the Costanzas but that’s not true. George invited him over for some paella.

Jerry (and maybe his parents) say the plane tickets are non-refundable so since Jerry has already bought the tickets they’re just gonna go to waste which is why he gives them to George.

Rob says they don’t do anything with the close talking. One nice bit is when Kramer enters Jerry’s apartment and Aaron goes to talk to him and Kramer retreats, falling on the floor. When he says “I’ve heard of you” Aaron laughs. Is he laughing because he is aware that he is a close talker and it freaks some people out? The show plays it off as if he thinks he is talking at the normal distance from the other person.
