I remember asking for the The Walking Dead video game for Christmas. Instead of the Telltale version that I was hoping for, I got the survival instinct one and I will confirm that it is indeed a garbage fire of a game.

Speaking about show-logic I have a tiny question. Does anyone else find it strange that cast members can just shove a knife or sharp instrument into a zombie’s head without much force?

I haven’t head-stabbed many zombies, but wouldn’t the skull kinda deflect some of those shots?

    • Morty

I’ve thought that often. Skulls are extremely hard and harder to damage than people would imagine. It’s a bit of a hoot to me that people push any ol’ edged instrument…even a semi-pointy stick…through people’s skulls. Maybe in the W.D. universe, but not ours!

I disagree that none of our principal characters have any character flaws. Rick got Abraham killed because he was arrogant; Daryl got Glenn killed because he was a hot-head, Rosita got Olivia killed because she was a hot-head, Carol got Sam killed because she scared the shit out of him, and Carl by rights should have gotten people killed because his dumb-ass went on a suicide mission.

    • Matthew Murphy

To be fair Sam wasn’t long for this world either way. He was more useless than Carl and Enid’s offspring.

    • I hear you on those flaws. However, I think all of those issue you mentioned are all shades being too brave / overconfident in their abilities to end a threat. No one in our main group has any really negative traits.

Why not use the hacksaw to cut through the handcuffs? Someone hasn’t seen the original Saw. :)
