LaTonya K. Starks is a college policy debate coach. She has previously worked for the
Chicago Debate League, National Association for Urban Debate Leagues, and as the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Debate League. LaTonya is well-versed in conducting legal, political, sociological, pop culture, and entertainment research. She is an aspiring
